Kevin Delaney – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Kevin founded Pure Energy Services Ltd. in May, 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas services industry.  Mr. Delaney was founder and President of KMK Wireline Services Ltd., which merged with OPSCO 92 Industries Limited in 1992. In 1994, Mr. Delaney organized the sale of OPSCO to Artisan Drilling and continued as General Manager of OPSCO until January, 1997. In 1998 Mr. Delaney founded Delaney Energy Services Ltd., which went public in November 1998 with its shares trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (formerly the CDNX). Delaney Energy was acquired by Integrated Production Services Ltd.

Bradley Gabel - President

Mr. Gabel became President, Canadian Completions Services of Pure Energy Services Ltd. after Pure Energy's merger with Canadian Sub-Surface Energy Services ("CanSub") on June 22, 2009. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of CanSub and predecessor companies since 1996.

Rutger Niers – President, Pure Energy Services (USA), Inc.

Rutger joined Pure Energy in 2004 and is currently responsible for Pure Energy’s USA Completions Services.  Prior to joining Pure Energy, Rutger spent 10 years in commercial banking with a major international financial institution, the last five years of which were focused on commercial lending for the energy services industry.  Mr. Niers earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Chris Martin – Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Chris has been the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Pure Energy since October, 2009.  Prior to joining Pure Energy, Chris was the VP Finance and CFO of CanSub from 2005-2009, and he has held senior financial positions with companies in the technology and oil and gas producing sectors since 1994. Mr. Martin obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990.

Ian Buchanan – Senior Vice-President & Corporate Counsel

Ian was appointed Senior Vice-President & Corporate Counsel in October, 2006.  Ian was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1989 and, prior to joining Pure Energy, was in private practice for 10 years.  Ian obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1984 and his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988.
